We offer a special group for French speaking children who want to learn English for Grades R, 1, 2 and 3. Prices are the same as above.

Please note:

  • Fees are payable monthly in advance.
  • We take children in throughout the year.
  • Grade 1’s who did Grade R at another school require a transfer certificate.
  • Since numbers in our classrooms are limited, parents are required to pay the first payment with the application forms to secure their child’s place. We cannot process an application form that does not include the fee.
  • The fees are for the year’s service and are due whether the child is at school, on holiday or away due to other causes.
  • Children arriving late at the beginning of the year will not have their fees reduced as they will require extra attention to catch up plus extra admin to fit them in.
  • Children who are not members of the homework club must leave by 13h45

Payment of Fees

  • The first payment is payable on enrolment
  • The balance is payable in 10 payments – January to October.

We offer extra lessons after school in Reading and Maths for children from surrounding schools. Please enquire at administration offices which are inside Magick Mushroom Pre-School building.

Ill Children

  • Sick children may NOT attend school!
This is a Health Department Regulation due to the risk of spreading illness to other children.
If your child is vomiting during the night or has a temperature higher than 39 degrees then please make alternate arrangements for your child’s care as we are NOT allowed to accept ill children at the school for 24 hours after the vomiting has ceased.
We do not have facilities at the Recreation Centre for ill children.
If a child is on anti-biotics he/she is to stay home until the medication is completed and he/she has recovered.
Please do not send a sick child to school with a bottle of medicine as our staff specializes in teaching. They are NOT registered nurses.
We cannot take responsibility for administering specialized medication.
